: i bought my guitar in 08 and its serial is 9721097 and i really wanna know what year was it made.ive searched all over goole and cant find it. their customer service person told me that if it's anything before 2002 when Fender acquired Jackson, Fender didn't bother to gather any of the Jackson serial number info.
